My name is Tanisha Shakil. I am a self taught makeup artist based in Edmonton, Alberta. Growing up I had an interest in makeup from a young age. It started off by me sneaking into my mother's room to steal and apply her makeup as a child (followed by being scolded by her), to doing makeup for family, friends, and relatives; to the present day, expanding and being able to work with and create stunning looks for various different women.

I believe beauty is for everyone; I've had the privilege to work with women of different races and backgrounds. Whether it be soft glam to enhance your natural beauty, or a bold enough look to make jaws drop. I am able to create looks for whatever occasion may be.

 

My goal is to continuously improve my skills to keep up with this amazing and ever-growing industry to provide the best service and outcome to those who come to me.
